  23.       This manual page documents the GNU version of    ttttoooouuuucccchhhh.    ttttoooouuuucccchhhh
  24.       changes the access and modification times of each given file
  25.       to the current time.    Files that do not exist    are created
  26.       empty.  If the first file name given would be    a valid
  27.       argument to the -_t option and    no timestamp is    given with any
  28.       of the -_d, -_r, or -_t options and the -- argument is not
  29.       given, that argument is interpreted as the time for the
  30.       other    files instead of as a filename.

  32.       If changing both the access and modification times to    the
  33.       current time,    ttttoooouuuucccchhhh can change the timestamps    for files that
  34.       the user running it does not own but has write permission
  35.       for.    Otherwise, the user must own the files.
